Situation on the Kyrgyz-Tajik section of the state border is characterized as stable. The Border Service of the State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan reported.
The Tajik side handed over two cars through Kulundu-Avtodorozhny checkpoint Hyundai and Zhiguli, which were hijacked by citizens of Tajikistan from Kyrgyzstan.
The Chairman of the State Committee for National Security Kamchybek Tashiev, the Director of the Border Service Ularbek Sharsheev and the head of the Border Service Department for Batken region are visiting and inspecting border infrastructure facilities damaged during the hostilities.

A group of sappers from the Ministry of Defense of the Kyrgyz Republic has been disarming unexploded ordnance in Orto-Boz area of Aktatyr rural municipality in Batken district of Batken region since May 3.
In this regard, the Border Service asks the citizens of Kyrgyzstan living in the border areas of Batken region at the Kyrgyz-Tajik section of the state border not to panic at the sound of explosions.

Situation on the Kyrgyz-Tajik section of the state border is stable. The Border Service of the State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan reported.
No incidents or shootings were registered over the past night.
Border guards are patrolling the entire Kyrgyz-Tajik state border. The parties have completed withdrawal of additional forces and machinery from the state border line into their territories.
A joint commission consisting of officers of the defense departments of Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan continues inspection of territories where additional forces and means were located.
The border subdivisions of the Border Service of the SCNS of the Kyrgyz Republic are on combat alert.
