A Michigan judge ruled that the state’s election officials must release communications with Apple, Facebook, Amazon, and Google as part of a lawsuit filed in Antrim County dealing with Dominion Voting Systems machines.
Antrim County Circuit Judge Kevin A. Elsenheimer told the Bureau of Elections and Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson to turn over the records after they were requested by Matthew DePerno in one of the last remaining election-related lawsuits after President Biden’s inauguration. Elsenheimer also ordered the officials to turn over any communications with Dominion as part of the ruling.

Michigan election officials were ordered to turn over a wide variety of records related to the 2020 election cycle, including any communications with Facebook, Amazon, Google and Apple as part of a recent lawsuit.
Antrim County Circuit Judge Kevin A. Elsenheimer also ordered Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson and her Bureau of Elections to turn over election-related communications between the offices and Antrim Township, Antrim County, state and federal legislators, as well as Dominion Voting System and Election Source, companies that supply voting machines and software used in Antrim County and much of Michigan.

Judge Elsehnehimer had previously granted permission to William Bailey, the lead plaintiff, along with his team of IT experts to conduct a full forensic analysis of every Dominion Voting Systems machine and associated piece of equipment that was used in Antrim County, Mich., to run the 2020 election.
One of Bailey’s concerns is a ballot initiative to allow the establishment of a cannabis retail store in the Village of Central Lake that passed by single vote.
