winter show some snow and a big band of rain. good evening everyone i m mark ockerbloom. and i m vanessa welch. chief meteorologist kevin lemanowicz is in the storm tracker weather center and you have been tracking this system for several days now. there are some changes to report tonight. first of all it s clear out there we know it s clear and cold. you can esome clouds starting to move into western new england. the snow we re talking about. but here s the issue we have been looking at this very closely off to the west and there s not a lot of this snow actually reaching down to ground level. that goes along with the clear skies with we have. you see it s clear because it s so dry. rather these snowflakes are evaporating on their way down but they re still posed to move in here i expect some flurries around the area but not a lot of problems on the roadway until perhaps thursday night when the rain arrives. we ll talk about that threat and another threat for the few minut
