But with each technological change, the fraudsters, they are quick to pounce on new possibilities. Weve all had emails, phone calls and Text Messages trying to scam us out of cash by people pretending to be someone we know or with a Time Limited Offer thats just too good to miss. Or maybe theyre pretending to be a tax official or a utility which asks us to transfer money urgently to them. Well, now, as Artificial Intelligence promises to speed up the world of business, the fraudsters, theyre already taking advantage of these new possibilities. In april, jennifer distefano, a mum in arizona in the United States, received a phone call from an unknown number. She thought it might be her doctor. with health care an avalanche of no votes on this bill would really force them to start over and that s not what paul ryan wants to do. there s a certain willingness to kind of keep tweaking around the edges until they get to the right number. but going down on mass really torches the whole thing and it creates more problems. if it s 12:4 right now that this news is coming out that doesn t seem real good. there is a chance those votes start falling the wrong way for the house and for the president. yeah, this doesn t look great at this point and conservatives want to start over, right. but i m highly skeptical of the idea, again, that you bring something else new, you take the time to do that and it gets you closer to an election, it makes this vote scarier and this vote was always going to be scary and hard. especially with the president around 37% approval rating. in the republican house districts and then you get over to the senate, even if they passed the bill in the house
