While the total number of reported rape cases on campus is down from the last academic year, the rate of total cases happening in residence halls is increasing.
Romello Lloyd, a 26-year-old student living in Bailey Hall, faces two criminal stalking charges and several EOAA reports. Some students said they feel the University should do more. The University said it has to follow often time-consuming procedures in these cases.

Minnesota State s Board of Trustees is expected to vote in March on a change to its sexual misconduct policy, which applies to students and employees alike, as well as anyone who has sex on campus.
