The Hot Springs Board of Directors adopted a spending plan last week for the city s $415,849 fiscal year 2023 Community Development Block Grant, the smallest annual allocation the city has received from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development program since 2016.
Residents of the densely populated Lakeland Drive peninsula the city annexed in 2018 and the new owners of Shorecrest Lake Cottages agree the latter has a crime problem.
