Every worker aged 18 or over will begin saving into a workplace pension unless they opt out. Thats under government plans being unveiled today. At the moment, employers must enrol staff aged 22 and over into a pension plan if they earn more than £10,000 a year. Ministers say they want to reduce the minimum age to 18 a move that could affect around 900,000 young people.
