A large number of residents have stepped forward to provide assistance to those who were displaced by the apartment complex fire on Monday morning. The Eddy County Office of Emergency Management posted a heartfelt message on Facebook thanking everyone who assisted and encouraging local volunteers to reach out if they would to help through the Red Cross.
