Silver Alert Issued For Missing 39-Year-Old Raleigh Woman

She is believed to be suffering from some kind of cognitive impairment.
Authorities say Dupree was last seen on North Newhope Road in Raleigh, N.C. before she went missing on Friday.
Dupree is described as a Black woman, 5 feet 8 inches tall, 310 pounds, with short black hair and brown eyes.
Authorities say she was last seen wearing a pink and white dress and black shoes.
