Heres where the heat advisory is in effect. Everywhere except monterey and the coastal north bay. Temperatures this morning a 20degree spread from the low 50s Half Moon Bay to upper 70s in the Higher Elevations. Fremont 67. In san jose cooling in the north bay. The east bay the winds are flat and we are looking at poor air quality. The south bay, and really everywhere today. A repeat performance of the hazy, gray, smoky skies. 70s and 80s at the coast. 80s and 90s around the bay. Warmer inland. We will look for a bit of a sea breeze at the coast today, more so tomorrow. Heading to the schuylkill expressway. Speeds are into the 60s, as well. Mostly all across the board were seeing good speeds, good travel times, the schuylkill expressway the same story. Chilling. Reporter police are still looking for this armed and dangerous suspect and tell us this officer who is a female and supervisor was shot at, but not struck with a bullet. We know that she was taken to Highland Hospital for medical treatment, but oakland pd says that she has been released. According to Oakland Police, it all went down last night at about 90s 30 00 p. M. This was after the officer was involved in a car collision near the 1900 block of 73rd avenue. Shortly after, the shots were fired fired, but like i said, shots were fired, but she was not struck with a bullet. Heres a clip from the dispatch call as she called for backup.
