police heard gunshots. 7:11, was the time they go over the air radio and indicate they heard gunshots and 911 calls reported the shots and steven hall heard them too. i heard three gunshots and tried to lay back down and heard six more. they immediately respond to that and see a male running into a car. obviously they respond to that. and they start to chase that vehicle and they would not stop. and they chased it for several blocks before ultimately that vehicle crashed into our victim. the crash victim was rushed to the hospital where she died and after the crash police apprehended two people from the nissan and a gun. a shooting victim showed up at the hospital and believe he was hit by the suspects. police will investigate the pursuit including speed. this was a forceable felony, it doesn t get bigger than shooting at anybody. according to police the suspect has not been cooperative and after the crash police revealed surveillance footage and there they see a
