The need is there across the city. Reality now is and this is not just me. This is a consultant what they do for a living that assessed our staffing with 260 officers short in operations. That is why it is so hard to sustain these efforts. When we have ebbs and flows in employment. If we can free up officers and Supervisor Haney raised the point do other things more pressing for what we do. That will be fantastic.
