May 16, (THEWILL) - The Adamawa State High Court has issued a warrant of arrest against Barr. Hudu Yunuysa-Ari, the suspended Resident Electoral Commissioner (REC) in the state. Justice Benjamin Manji Lawan ordered the Inspector General of Police (IGP) to arrest Barr. Yunusa-Ari and provide him in court with immediate effect to stand trial on
