Welcome to our viewers on pbs in america and around the globe to this Bbc News special. This is President Biden s first president ial address to congress. He will talk about america being on the move again. In the next few Minutes President biden will address a Joint Session of congress to mark his first 100 days in office. He will speak soon. Lets see what is happening inside the chamber. It is quite odd. It is a covid friendly address. Normally there would be something like 1600 people in this chamber, or members of congress that all members of the senate. All of the members of the cabinet would be there and all of the members of the Supreme Court would be there. Senior members of the Defence Department would be there. It is a much reduced crowd.
