i m all for it. but i hope his talk did include taxes or focus on how tax reform is helping america. julie: some of the comments that drew more attention with the alleged voter fraud, particularly in the state of california, which has yet to be proven. the president lost the popular vote to hillary clinton in california. he brought that up as well and he said in many places, the same person voted many times and called it a conspiracy. he said it s not a conspiracy theory and millions of people voted fraudulently. there s no evidence behind that. is it still a good idea to bring it up? when the president bring something like that up, it s incumbent on the president to show the public why he says tha that. somebody s told him that that was the case. he must have seen something or heard something and he should share that with people so it should be evaluated.

demonstrating that is not going to continue here. julie: they missed a pretty important deadline yesterday, they were subpoenaed by the house judiciary committee, with the doj s handling of the hillary clinton email probe. you sit on this committee. the committee basically said they ve only received about 3,000 out of get this for those at home, i know you know how many of the roughly 1.2 million documents they are seeking. why do you believe the doj is stalling to provide these? it certainly looks like they are stalling to prevent us from getting the real information. i think they are trying to time this out. they want to get past the midterms. it s a political calculation. i m really bothered by this. we need to be holding people in contempt. this is, in my opinion, this sub branch or the executive branch is disregarding a coequal branch. we are there. we have oversight over this
