BOSTON A local man was sentenced yesterday to a decade behind bars for his role in distributing significant amounts of methamphetamine in the area. Joshua Westbrook, 26, received a 10-year prison term followed by five years of supervised release from U.S. District Court Judge Angel Kelley after pleading guilty in April to one count
