Opponents of electoral reform continue to insist that, despite all evidence to the contrary, election and voter fraud are a nonexistent problem in America.[1] This myopic view is wrong not only because numerous cases show that these problems do exist, but also because of the deep implications that unchecked election fraud can have for American politics. As the Supreme Court of the United States said in Crawford v.
