Two weeks after a fatal back-highway rock-throwing incident shocked the country, each of three 18-year-olds suspected in Alexa Bartell s death will face 13 charges. Bartell, 20, died when a rock thrown from an oncoming truck smashed into her windshield, hit her in the head, and exited the back window of her yellow Chevy Spark.
The three teens were arrested in Arvada last week after being identified by cell phone tower data and a friend who was with them before the April 19 spree.
