A Powder Springs man was arrested early Tuesday morning after allegedly attacking another man at the Suburban Tap bar in East Cobb, according Cobb Police.
Matthew Joseph Battreal, 23, was booked into the Cobb County Adult Detention Center on a felony charge of aggravated battery and is being held without bond, according to Cobb Sheriff’s Office booking reports.
Battreal’s arrest warrant says that between 4:30-5 a.m. Tuesday, he and another man, identified as Derek Roach, were at the Johnson Ferry Road establishment, when according to witnesses, the men got into an argument that led to a fight that took place throughout the bar.
