This rollover crash on i 280 was one of many problems. Chp wants to remind drivers any time you have your windshield wipers on day or night you also have to have your headlights on. Bill martin is in the weather since her. The rain totals are impressive. We saw rain totals in the Santa Cruz Mountains nearing five inches. Up around the north bay we saw over 3 1 2 inches. Significant earlyseason storm. Some more rain totals. A lot of these totals represent in San Francisco a percentage of what they will get for the entire year. San francisco gets 22 inches of rain per year. They pick up an inch and a half in one storm. Very good news in terms of rainfall totals. In the mountains it is snowing. Higher elevations above the lake around 7000 feet. They might pick up three or four feet of snow in the foothills around grass valley they received 3 1 2 inches. Its awful that people are hurt. Reporter this organize robbery crew first struck last thursday, november 9 near virginia and spruce streets. This is where two men attacked the victim and tried to steal his backpack. Later that same night there was a similar holdup on the 2600 block of Regent Street on the south side of campus. This past sunday, two robbers tried to fill a mans phone and backpack here on the cons avenue. The victim fought back and the thieves took off. One hour later on scenic avenue, two thieves stole a mans backpack after telling the victim they had a gun. The latest happened on tuesday near virginia and

The chp says a pickup truck hid a pedestrian there just after 5 00 this morning. As you can see, theres a lot of congestion on the bridge right now with lanes 14 through 16 blocked.
