IOI Properties Group Bhd (IOI Properties) is upbeat on the property outlook in Iskandar Malaysia region, especially within the Johor Baru areas. On that note, the company is banking on the strategic location of its existing Taman Kempas Utama township to continue attracting buyers for its new launches.
