It is lined, of course, with foreign embassies. Afghan Officials Say a suicide car bomb killed more than 60 people and injured roughly 300. That blast went off in the height of the morning rush in whats considered the citys safest area. And you can see some of the early images were getting, quite a powerful blast that blew out the windows and destroyed more than 50 vehicles. That death toll expected to rise.
