next seven days in a few minutes. leon: you got it. now to a story you saw first on 7. police say a woman was raped on a red line metro train at 10:00 on tuesday morning. montgomery county reporter kevin lewis was the first to report the story and he is live in the glenmont metro station and has a look at the timeline of events here in this case. fill us in. kevin: well, this alleged rape happened on tuesday april 12. that is nearly six weeks ago. metro transit police made a quick arrest. no one notified the public. then this morning i received a tip from a source who felt it was important that riders knew that this happened. here is what prosecutors say occurred. 39-year-old john hicks of northeast washington approached a woman who was sleeping on a red line train. he then brandished a knife, dragged her to the back of the train car and forced her to take off her pants. police say hicks raped the woman while the to station. a lot of people have asked why didn t anyone interv
