TEAM LEADERS: Elon’s Hunter McIntosh has averaged 18.1 points while Hunter Woods has put up 9.1 points and 6.9 rebounds. For the Seahawks, Mike Okauru has averaged 14.7 points, 5.2 rebounds and 4.1 assists while Joe Pridgen has put up 11.3 points and 8.4 rebounds.

WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) - A 10-foot jumper by senior guard Ryan Allen with 15.9 seconds left lifted Delaware to a 67-62 victory over UNCW, salvaging a split of the Colonial Athletic Association menâs basketball series on Sunday afternoon in Trask Coliseum.
The Seahawks, who shot a season-low 34.4 percent from the field, fell to 7-6 and 1-3 in conference play. The Blue Hens snapped a two-game losing skid to improve to 5-7 and 3-4 by flipping the script from Saturdayâs 77-70 defeat.
Allen scores 25 to carry Delaware over UNC Wilmington 67-62

WILMINGTON, N.C. (AP) Ryan Allen scored a season-high 25 points as Delaware edged past UNC Wilmington 67-62 on Sunday.
Dylan Painter had 15 points, 15 rebounds and three blocks for Delaware (5-7, 3-4 Colonial Athletic Association), which broke its four-game road losing streak.
Leading 37-36 at the half, Delaware held UNC Wilmington to a season-low 26 second-half points on 8 of 26 shooting (31%).
Ty Gadsden had 14 points for the Seahawks (7-6, 1-3). Joe Pridgen added 12 points and eight rebounds. Jaylen Sims had 12 points and six rebounds.
UNC Wilmington defeated Delaware 77-70 on Saturday.

TOWSON, Maryland (UNCW news release) - Visiting UNCW stormed back from a 15-point deficit with five minutes left to pull within one possession, but came up short in a 78-74 loss as Towson swept an early-week Colonial Athletic Association series on Tuesday at SECU Arena.
The Tigers won their second straight to improve to 3-5 overall and 2-1 in the CAA. The Seahawks lost their second in a row and stand 6-5 overall and 0-2 in the league heading into a Saturday, Jan. 23, matchup with Delaware’s Blue Hens at Trask Coliseum.

WILMINGTON, N.C. (UNCW release) - UNCW scored the first 11 points in each half and rode a balanced attack to an 87-63 trouncing of visiting Delaware State in the non-conference finale for the Seahawks early Wednesday at Trask Coliseum.
The Seahawks secured their league-leading sixth non-conference victory and hiked their record to 6-3. It was the team’s third straight victory and its fourth win in the last five games. The Hornets plummeted to 0-4.
