[inaudible] also, you want to make sure that your task inspector has a relationship with an attorney. it could be beneficial to have that legal expertise readily at hand. the task inspector may have learned some useful information. it is also helpful if your task inspector knows the contractor because the contractor can provide you with a construction bid for what is going to take. so i want to leave you with some closing thoughts. one of them, as mentioned at the beginning be proactive. do not wait for the letter. get the inspection now. the second is keep really good records. [inaudible] they had actually been doing work over the years. they have been removing barriers. but because they were not keeping good files documenting the reasons why they widened a door or replace the hardware or remodel the bathroom, tracking exactly how much money they spend, they do not get a whole lot of credit for the work they have done so far. but you also want to keep good records tissue p

we maybe as soon as january 2014 have that task within our mission as a regulatory agency that s been doing something somewhat similar for over 60 years. we do feel confident that we will be able to get the job done as it s given to us, but it in a very early state of that and we are still working through to be prepared. one thing we will for sure and definitely want to make sure we get communicated to you folks today is that it will not impact our ability to serve you in the abc licensing or oversight role that we have. we are the alcohol and beverage control and we are funding through the abc special fund through your application and renewal fees and our role to ensure that we are not a road block to developing business in that area is something we certainly keep in the forefront of our minds. america s cup races, we have had a couple of meetings with the stake holders in the city and promoters and pretty much everyone else that you can think is involved in that end of thin
calculating how much she raised but it s going to help us to continue to contribute to the schools and probably increase the number of school yards we can open. i wanted to thank secretary sean donovin who was in town and visited everette middle school. car lien was there representing the superintendent. the kids were amazing. and the new principal there was terrific. i wanted to thank banito with kaddy college, they did a big give away to brett heart elementary school on monday which was really beneficial for a lot of our kids in the community. we also had an opportunity to launch the national launch beyond differences. it was really amazing to hear from our a group of peers on how we can address social isolation with our middle school students and it was really powerful and we had some great star power there too which was nice. and then i just wanted to congratulate the ore cal team. they re tied and we got america s cut final 8:00 to 8:00. winner takes all tomorrow, 1:15.
