Teresa hasn t had the best of luck when it comes to men during Queen of the South.
Her first true love Guero Davilas (Jon Michael-Ecker) initially got her involved with the cartels and was killed nearing the end of series three as he tried to escape from Camila Vargas (Veronica Falcon) with Teresa driving the getaway car.
Teresa then had a fling with James who fans have been rooting for since day one but he left in series three when she questioned his loyalty.
How much is Queen of the South star Hemky Madera worth?
In the early days of Madera’s career, he had a plethora of minor roles in television shows and films.
These have included Law and Order: Criminal Intent, Battleground: The Art of War, The Shield, Brothers and Sisters, My Name is Earl and The Good Guys.
Then in 2008, Madera got his first big break in Showtime drama Weeds, taking on the role of Ignacio.
He starred in the drug-related series for two years before making his exit.

Mark Consuelos is a celebrated actor who became known for his part in ABC s All My Children as Mateo Santos. However, Queen of the South fans will know him best as Teo Aljarafe, Camila Vargas (played by Veronica Falcon) right-hand man in the early seasons. While their relationship was professional, there was a definite flirtatious side to all of their meetings.

Justina Machado shot to fame as Vanessa Diaz in HBO s Six Feet Under but in recent years, younger fans have associated her with Queen of the South. Machado s character Brenda Parra was one of the few people who tried to look out for Teresa Mendoza (played by Alice Braga) from the very beginning.
