The power outage in Panay Island is expected to last until Friday as various sectors cope with challenges, according to a 24 Oras report by Zen Quintalang.
State weather bureau PAGASA on Saturday reported that a low pressure area (LPA) has entered the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR), threatening to bring rains over parts of Visayas and Mindanao.
"Parang pinitik lang tayo sa tenga, but we’re worried if something happens .they might deliberately ram our ships endangering the lives of our sailors," AFP Chief of Staff General Romeo Brawner Jr. said in Joseph Morong's report on "24 Oras."
