Well, be kind of dispirited but i definitely agree that there is a lot to be done with the Central European ngos as they are wellequipped. Theyre relatively cheap to run. They are not corrupt too much. So definitely a lot to use but the problem is that there is a growing gap between those who would work for the ngos and the frustrated society at large.
