The Decatur Housing Authority will be taking on two senior affordable housing projects in Decatur and Atlanta. In order to complete the projects, the city of Decatur will issue revenue bonds by the Decatur Housing Authority for the acquisition, rehabilitation and operation of Philips Tower and Calvin Court.
The East Lake Foundation, along with Atlanta Housing, Invest Atlanta and Columbia Residential celebrated the grand reopening of the Villages of East Lake on Monday, May 9. The project included the preservation and renovation of the historic mixed-income community.
