and regards to property being stolen. as a matter of fact just this past august, of last year, at jfk airport, right there in your neck of the woods, there were seven arrests made, all felony arrests, for major theft issues from people that worked on the ramp, which they re caught they re referred to as ramp rats, and these individuals have stolen a lot of property from individuals packages and baggage. aren t other guys, good guys, watching them rifle through the bags? are say secreting them away and then doing it. that s an excellent question. some of these individuals that was arrested at jfk last year was interviewed, and you know what was really interesting? these individuals said the reason they did what they did is because the opportunity presented itself and that a lot of these individual baggage handlers know the camera systems don t always work behind the scenes. so as a result of that opportunity, they figure they d take advantage of it. so there s nobody watching tho
