Thousands are expect to do crowd city streets this sunday morning for the 116th new years day mummers parade, and preparations for the big bash are already impacting a whole lot of people. Everywhere else big trailers like the one beside me and then on that side as well really doing a lot of parking restrictions as a result. Tomorrow some of these lanes around city hall are going to be closed as you work your way down broad street on sunday, of course, thats the route of the parade no driving down that way.
