Construction started in 2018, and four years later an opening date for royal farms in brick was announced for December 8th. A grand opening celebration will be held.
Something new is coming to Toms River - what is it?
Jersey Shore Online gave the heads up that the construction being done by the Seacourt Pavilion will be an apartment complex. Take a look at what was approved, according to the article:
Approved were 128 residential units, a pool, a dog park and a tot lot. Of these, there would be 46 one-bedroom units, 76 two-bedroom, and six three-bedroom. The three-bedroom units would be made for people with lower incomes, since every town in New Jersey is required to set aside some homes in this manner.
Jersey Shore Online also notes that there is no word when the project will be completed as of yet.
So Here Is What We Know About Construction in Brick Township
So recently I did a story about a new
Farm Store Drive-Thru that is being constructed on Route 37 in Toms River and one of our listeners wrote and said they thought that was what was possibly going up at the site of the former Jersey Paddler on Routes 70 & 88 in Brick Township. So today (Wednesday) I decided to take a ride and check it out for myself and see what was happening. I haven t been to that section of Brick in a while so off I went today after the show.
