The head of French Polynesia said Tuesday that construction on a beach tower to be used by judges during this year's Olympics surfing contest was "going well" after a scandal-hit start. Work on the tower at Teahupo'o beach on the French Pacific island of Tahiti was suspended in December after a barge used by workers damaged coral at the site.
