The Northampton County court administrator since 2014 began his career in 2000 at the government complex in Easton as a probation officer. He advanced in that structure, eventually supervising sex offenders for four years before becoming the director of the juvenile probation center from 2005-14. Now he oversees both operations along with several others, managing upward of 400 people.
He knows sometimes people do bad things after they do what is required of them when it comes to probation.
Take David Javon Hall, who authorities say fatally shot the woman he lived with before killing himself this week in Easton, for example.
