GOWANDA Clarence I. Evans age 87 of Gowanda passed away Friday, Feb. 26, 2021 at the Mercy Hospital in South Buffalo.
Clarence was born in the White Township, Cambria County, P.A. May 3, 1933 the son of Thomas I. and Mae F. (Bush) Evans, he honorably served his country with the U. S. Army from 1950-1952.
Clarence was the beloved husband of Florence “Laurie” (Laney) Evans, they were married Oct. 2, 1953 in Homer City, P.A., Laurie passed away October 28, 2020.
Clarence retired from the Ford Stamping Plant in Woodlawn where he worked in production and manufacturing .
Clarence liked his daily walks through town after his retirement and the traveling him and Laurie were able to enjoy. He was a member of U.A.W. Local 897. ....
