A: It’s been awhile since plans for the Salmon Runner a Redding-to-Sacramento service on electric buses equipped with comfy seats, wireless internet access and a restroom were unveiled in 2018. After some setbacks, the North State commuter s dream come true is estimated to start in September or October. The actual operator of the proposed service is the Shasta Regional Transportation Agency, by the way.
