Proposed work to improve Jefferson Terrace Boulevard includes new sidewalks, automated light crosswalks, an artistic crosswalk at Dale Street and Twenty Arpent Road as well as a possible stoplight at Twenty Arpent Road, and central median improvements including banners on light poles, sculptures and treescaping.
