reporter: shirleen, philadelphia police are working two things right now, let me get out of the way and show you this on one right here as we see philadelphia crime scene has lit up this area right now. this is where they have found that burned out car a couple hours ago in this alley way here s what we know police found a black mitsubishi galante on fire behind these homes, on the 6100 block of lawrence street, around 8:00 p.m. inside they found a man, dead and passenger seat. his body burn so badly he is unrecognizable. police believe the scene is connect to the shooting that happened around 4:00 p.m. just a few blocks away on the 400 block of roselyn street. witnesses say two men were in the vehicle matching same description as a car as the second scene, shots were fired, and the passenger was struck in the head. those witnesses say driver took off, with the shooting victim, northwest detectives spent three hours working that first scene and speaking with family members
