HOUSTON A Houston law firm is suing a contractor and flooring subcontractor claiming numerous deficiencies in the construction of their new offices, including uneven flooring and defective electrical circuits.
Jason Gibson and Jason A. Gibson PC doing business as The Gibson Law Firm filed a complaint April 19 in Harris County District Court against Dunhill Development & Construction LLC and Gulfcoast Flooring & Services LLC alleging breach contract, misappropriation of construction trust funds, fraud and breach of express warranty and breach of implied warranty.
The plaintiffs claim that on Sept. 28, 2018, they contracted with Dunhill for the management and complete construction of their new law firm office on Kirby Drive in Houston.
