Scooter in a parking lot outside her mothers apartment. The 8yearold disappeared just after 5 00 last night. We had no sign of her for more than 24 hours. Just before 8 00 tonight, police came swarming into the parking lot of the tannery arts center, where madyson lived with her mother. Witnesses say officers took a 15yearold boy away from handcuffs.
