On Friday Planning and Environment Court Judge Tracy Fantin ruled that the 145-member Windansea Boardriders Club at Currimundi Beach was needed in the community and would improve the physical wellbeing of the community, with minimal environmental impact to the beach foreshore. Judge Fantin ruled in her 70-page decision that concerns raised by neighbours about noise and rowdiness from drunk patrons were not made out on the evidence . ....
