Mr. Speaker, this bill does not do anything good. It makes it harder to get health care. The second was not malfeasance, to do no harm. Mr. Speaker, this will is going americans. Lions of it is going to pull Health Care Coverage of weight from folks. I have heard from people who have talked about how it saved their lives. If you pull health care way, people will get sicker and some people may intentionally die. The third ethic is patient autonomy.
