NINE persons allegedly linked to the illegal drug trade were arrested in separate sting operations around Eastern Visayas from January 28 to 31, 2021.
In Ormoc City, anti-drug operatives nabbed 37-year-old high-value individual Ronaldo Baltazar around 3:20 p.m. Sunday, January 31.
A poseur buyer was able to buy a sachet containing suspected shabu in exchange for P1,500.
Police also confiscated nine sachets containing suspected shabu weighing an estimated 6 grams with a Dangerous Drugs Board (DDB) value of P40,800, buy-bust money, and other personal items.
Around 4 p.m. Sunday, police in Tacloban City also arrested three suspects identified as Romeo Quinto Mista, Daniel Mista Reubal, and Alfonso Mista Acebo. ....
