WSE introduces Code of Best Practice for WSE Listed Companies 2021
The Warsaw Stock Exchange Supervisory Board adopted a new set of corporate governance rules for companies listed on the WSE. Best Practice for WSE Listed Companies 2021 will enter into force on July 1, 2021.This is another version of the set of corporate governance rules applicable to companies listed on the WSE Main Market since 2002.
