milwaukee police making several arrests at a memorial for sylville smith. angelica joins us from the newsroom with the latest. police say ten people were arrested for disorderly conduct and resisting an officer. this is near 44th and auer the same intersection where 23-year-old sylville smith was shot and killed by a weeks several complaints from neighbors about the crowd of about 30 to 40 people. officers asked the group to leave peacefully. about 20 minutes later, the crowd was asked to leave again. some left, but others refused to leave, so police began making arrests. dgx state representative david bowen was reportedly there at the time. he tweeted out i just witnessed aclu observer and state rep jonathan brostoff just got arrested. brostoff was detained but police we ll have more on his reaction to being detained coming up in a live report at five on wakeup. meanwhile a group of kids is looking to make a difference in the sherman park neighborhood. the kids first i
