Jacksonville may have been an afterthought when it came to Florida cities, but today, Downtown Jacksonville is booming with development projects and population growth.
The Jacksonville City Council met with developers on Jan. 4, 2024, to discuss plans to revamp the "Laura Street Trio" and change the skyline with more buildings.
The invitations to bid include survey, architectural, preconstruction and project management services for the more than $1 billion renovation of the Downtown facility.
