Evan Jackson, named his father s legal guardian in the wake of the crash, last July filed a lawsuit against Delaware County businessman Sam Pierce alleged in the suit to have purchased the plane around 2013 and SPC Leasing, a Muncie-based corporation listed as the plane s owner. ....
