San Leandro Police arrested a woman seen on video posting racist letters in a neighborhood. The letters were hand written and put on poles outside of five different homes in the heron bay neighborhood. All the victims appear to be of asian descent. The letter quotes the constitution and says if you were born in another country, return and go back to your land immediately and fast with urgency.
