Six students from South Eastern Regional College (SERC) took podium places at the Construction Industry Training Board NI (CITB NI) annual SkillBuild NI Finals 2023 competition, hosted at NWRC, Greystone Campus, Limavady, with winners announced by Sarah Travers.
