Through we are 20, 25 minutes from the coast line where they are seriously concerned about that 12 to 16-foot storm surge. i want to set the storm where we are in dixie county, florida, which includes part of the coast line. this gas station where we are, the pumps are covered but, even if they wanted to be open, which they are not. but if they wanted to be, their power is out here. if you look across the street, you can see that the power is still on at that gas station for this county a quarter of the county is outpower. the same for terrell county north of us, 25% of that is without power. that s tens of thousands of people as we look across that big bend area as we are awaiting this landfall any minute now. what we saw as we drove through this area and fortunately it is still safe to drive. we have seen emergency responders still out and about with their lights on responding
